Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship domestically and internationally

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Essence Beauty's is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Essence Beauty's is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees

Lost or Stolen Packages

Essence Beauty's is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
